This Chardonnay has an intense scent of ripe fruits and the taste is crisp, fresh and dry. Will go well with our sushi.
Jamelles Chardonnay – France 2008 (37,5 cl.)
Chardonnay at its best. Dry, rich and creamy. Better than many of the more expensive wines from Bourgogne.
Chardonnay - IL Sole Cataratto 2011- Italy.
This Chardonnay from Sicily is fresh and rich in taste and has flavours of vanilla, herbs and pineapple. With a delicious pure after-taste.
Riesling Georg Breuer, 2009.
Riesling with a mineral scent of green pepper, apple and citrus fruit. It is reaped by hand and a proud German wine.

IL Sole, Syrah - Italy 2010
A rubin red wine from Sicily, with an intense scent of violet blackcurrants and spices. A perfectly integrated and rich taste in the wine.
Mount Shasta, Zinfandel – USA 2008
Starts with a scent of black plums, English licorice, and pepper, followed by cherries and raspberries. A fruity and round finish. An excellent Californian Zinfandel.

Pupitre, Cava Brut, Spain
The wine presents itself as open and charming with notes of lemon peel and fruits. Sushi and sparkling wine, perfect match.
Arnaud Robert, Brut Reserve
This delicious champagne has a fine sweetness and is made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier Grapes.
